Bookings are Saturday to Saturday but we can be flexible off-peak so do ask us about alternative changeover days.
Keys can be collected from 3pm on arrival date, check out is by 10am on departure day. In addition to greeting you on arrival our local agent will arrange and mid-week visit to check that everything is to your satisfaction and enquire whether you need any information/assistance.
Payment details:
A deposit of 50% of the rental charge is payable on confirmation of booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment is by bank transfer.
A security deposit of CHF 500 is required in case of damage to the chalet or if excessive cleaning is necessary. (We ask guests to please clean out the fireplace and leave the chalet reasonably, clean tidy and free of rubbish).
Our agent will verify that all is ok at the end of your stay and we will subsequently return the remaining monies to you.

Maximum occupancy of the Chalet is 10 people.
Rate includes:

Quality bed linen and towels (hand towel and bath sheet), tea towels

Cleaning of the chalet on departure
Rate excludes:

Obligatory tourist tax payable locally 2CHF/adult/night, 1 CHF/child/night.
Optional extras
Our agents can supply a personalised shopping basket for you on arrival – you simply supply the list in advance.

A mid week clean is available if required (extra charge).
